Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our company’s brand identity and business goals.
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written text, and audio) to drive audience engagement.
Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a ‘Social’ way while cultivating a positive and engaging community.
Analyze key metrics and tweak the strategy as needed to optimize performance and achieve growth targets.
Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts to increase our brand’s reach and credibility.
Oversee the design of all social media accounts to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing online presence.
Run competitive analysis and stay current with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
Manage and oversee social media content calendars, ensuring a consistent and effective flow of information.
Generate insightful reports on our social media performance to share with the senior leadership team.
